About the role of seamless calcium wire in steelmaking and cast iron

　　As we all know,seamless pure calcium cored wire has a very big role in our steel making and cast iron,because it has a very large flexibility,we can do different seamless pure calcium cored wire according to different alloys.

　　Advantages of seamless calcium wire:

　　(1)The recovery rate of calcium element is improved.After feeding solid core pure calcium core-clad wire developed by our factory,the recovery rate of calcium element for low carbon and low silicon steel represented by SPHC is more than 25%on average,and the use efficiency of calcium element is about 52%higher than that of silicon calcium core-clad wire.

　　(2)Significant cost reduction.The feeding weight of ton steel solid core pure calcium cored wire is only about 38%of that of silicon calcium cored wire.

　　(3)more conducive to pure steel production.

　　(4)Reduce and eliminate nozzle clogging of continuous cast steel.

　　(5)The operation intensity is reduced.
