Rare earth silicon magnesium wire

The high magnesium spheroidizing agent is wrapped with steel strip and processed into linear shape for use. During spheroidizing, the cored wire is directly inserted into the raw molten iron with adjusted composition in the spheroidizing package by wire feeder for spheroidizing reaction, and the absorption rate of spheroidizing agent can reach more than 90%. It is used in the production of all nodular iron castings.
