　　Feeding speed has a great influence on Ca absorption rate,too fast or too slow will lead to a decrease in the absorption rate.The core-wrapped wire begins to melt when fed to a certain depth,which should ensure that the molten scattered calcium bubbles are subjected to a large static pressure of molten steel,so that they can be completely consumed before floating to the surface of liquid steel.The calcium recovery rate can be increased by proper feeding speed.If the speed is too fast,on the one hand,the liquid steel will churn violently due to the local production of a large amount of calcium vapor,and a large amount of calcium vapor directly volatilizes into the air;On the other hand,calcium vapor has no time to dissolve and a large amount of floating,thus reducing its yield.On the other hand,if the speed is too slow,it will lead to insufficient feeding depth and waste before it can completely dissolve into the liquid steel.

　　The calcium content of solid core pure seamless calcium wire is much higher than that of calcium iron wire.If the same feeding speed is adopted,the liquid steel billowing will be more intense and not conducive to calcium absorption.The feeding speed is different for different types of steel and ladle capacity,which needs to be selected according to the actual situation on site.

　　Feed line location also has a great influence to the yield of calcium,calcium solid core pure seamless line feeding point should be chosen in the center of the liquid steel drop flow,as far as possible away from blowing argon bright circle,so whether it is Ca in gaseous or liquid into the molten steel,are falling flow under the action of force it down,so as to prolong the residence time in the liquid steel,so that it is fully absorbed by molten steel.
